Sofia's first Christmas was wonderful!!!! Here we all are on Christmas morning. Sofia was the only one dressed up for the occasion. She got so many nice gifts: an Australian kangaroo stuffed animal, a cute dress, some congo drums, books, a play mat that has the toys that hang over her head. The rest of us got some cool gifts too. Jorge Claus was definitely the most generous. I got a great set of frog pajamas from him. And Ana got a laptop from Pancho Claus!

Sofia with her Abuelo! After opening presents, Ana fixed a Spanish tortilla (eggs and potatoes) with the most delicious french toast I've ever eaten - no kidding. It was made from a dried fruit pantone then baked in the oven. YUUUMM!!!!
