After our stay in Chicago we headed to Milwaukee where Nathan's dad and stepmom Katy live. We had a great time just hanging out at their house and enjoying the snow. On our last day there, Katy's uncle treated his whole family (including us) to a fantastic German brunch (here is my recurring food theme!). We had German potatoes, pork with kraut, and champagne (a liitle French influence). The picture at the top of this post is from that brunch. Here's a picture of Sofia enjoying Christmas (and the frog PJ's I got from Jorge Claus)!!!
We had a huge snow storm while we were there. Nathan, Katy and I shoveled a little snow. Since Steve recently had surgery he got exempt - he was sad he missed the fun!!! Here are some pictures of Sofia's first snow fall.
