As I have been nesting getting ready for Baby Girl #2, so has Nathan!! He put the border/frame around Sofia's playset and put down 56 bags of playground mulch! It looks SOOOO nice - he even made an angle with the landscape timbers that matches the angle on our deck (see video).
The mulch has actually already served it's purpose. Sofia was climbing up the rock wall and fell backwards off of the top step and was FINE! She was a little startled, but all in one piece! YAY FOR DADDY!!!!!!!!!

That looks great and less grass to mow too! Not to mention the cushion benefit. It will be nice to be able to let Sofia play outside on her own in a fenced yard as she gets older. We always had a fenced back yard growing up. I miss it.
