Steve and Katy Visit/Sofia's Birthday/Father's Day

Steve and Katy came to visit the weekend of Sofia's 2nd birthday. Unfortunately Sofia got sick that weekend and we had to cancel her birthday party, but we ended up having a celebration anyway with family. We also celebrated Father's day and MY birthday that weekend.

Gable came and hung out with us most of the weekend. Here he is looking cute with Katy. By the way, doesn't Katy look great?!?!?!?!?!?! She's lost a lot of weight on Weight Watchers - WOW!!!!

Elaine also came for Sofia's birthday festivities.

And so did Linda. Here she is helping to cook - as usual :o)

Here is the Father's Day dinner crew. Nathan made his famous ribs and Katy's friend Linayda (sp?) made some DELICIOUS greens! No Almond meal would be complete without corn :o)

Sofia opened up her birthday presents and all of the dad's father's day presents and my birthday presents! She's going to get used to this as her birthday will always be close to Father's day and 2 days before mine!!!!

The ALMOND crew in attendance for the Father's Day dinner: Carolyn, Uncle Andy, Jaquelyn, Grandaddy, Doug, Nathan and Sofia - and Gable (he's almost an Almond)!
